Aluminum Expanded Mesh

Aluminum expanded metal is processed by slitting and stretching whole aluminum sheets into an integrated mesh without welding spots. We supply raised mesh with natural angled strands and flattened mesh rolled for smooth surfaces. Lighter than steel expanded metal, it is widely chosen for architectural decoration to lower overall panel weight.

Available aluminum alloys: 1060, 3003, 5052, 6061-T6. 3003 is standard for indoor and general facade panels; 5052 offers superior corrosion resistance for outdoor and coastal projects. Products can be delivered as full sheets, rolls or custom cut panels.
