Stainless Steel Woven Mesh

Our stainless steel woven mesh is crafted from premium stainless steel wire, available in square mesh and filter grades. It is widely used for sieving, filtration, ventilation, machine protection, as well as making drying trays, baskets and custom mesh components.

We supply 304, 304L, 316 and 316L grades. 304 works well for general screening and food-contact applications, while 316 series is ideal for environments with salt, chemical liquids and high corrosion risk. Plain weave is standard for square mesh; twill and Dutch weave are adopted for fine filtration. Products can be supplied in rolls, sheets, strips, discs or finished fabricated parts.

Plain Dutch Weave Mesh — Stainless Steel Five Heddle Mesh

Specifications

Material: 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 302 stainless steel. 304 for general use; 316 / 316L for chemical, marine and chloride-exposed conditions.

Mesh Count: 1 to 635 mesh per inch. Coarse mesh for guards and screening; fine mesh for filtration and sieving.

Wire Diameter: Ranges from 2.03mm (1 mesh) down to 0.0203mm (635 mesh).

Aperture: Opening size varies with mesh count and wire diameter. Please confirm aperture or micron rating before placing orders for filtration use.

Weave Type: Plain weave, twill weave, plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave. Plain weave for standard square mesh; Dutch weave for fine filtration.

Roll Width: 0.914m, 1.0m, 1.22m, 1.5m. Custom slit widths available for filter production.

Roll Length: Standard 30m; short rolls and cut pieces are also offered.

Surface Finish: Natural stainless steel finish. Degreasing, cleaning and polishing can be arranged on request.

Edge Type: Cut edge, selvage edge, slit edge. Fine mesh rolls require proper edge protection during packing.

Processing: Slitting, cutting, disc punching, filter cylinder forming, frame welding, pleating and basket fabrication.

Packing: Paper tube + moisture-proof paper + plastic film, then packed in cartons, wooden cases or pallets.
