Stainless Steel Filter Mesh | Discs, Baskets & Tubes

Our stainless steel filter components adopt 304, 316 and 316L materials, covering 1 to 500 mesh. We offer single-layer, multi-layer and sintered mesh structures, with standard disc sizes from 10mm to 300mm. All items can be processed into filter discs, baskets and cylinders. With reliable filtration performance and strong corrosion resistance, they fit liquid separation, oil filtration, chemical processing and marine equipment filtration.

We produce stainless steel filter components from 304, 316 and 316L woven mesh, perforated plate and sintered mesh. Our product range includes filter discs, tubes, baskets, test sieves, cylinders and multi-layer filter elements.
They serve for liquid filtration, oil-water separation, powder sieving, food processing and marine systems. 304 grade fits general food and industrial filtration, while 316 & 316L perform better under chemical, saltwater, acid and alkali conditions.

Specifications

Material: 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel. 304 for food and general industrial use; 316/316L for chemical, marine and chloride-rich environments.

Mesh Type: Plain weave, twill weave, Dutch weave, perforated support plate, sintered mesh and multi-layer composite mesh.

Product Form: Filter disc, mesh disc, filter basket, filter tube, welded cylinder, test sieve and custom cut parts.

Mesh Count: Woven mesh ranges 1 – 500 mesh. Common fine filter discs adopt 80, 100, 150, 200 and 300 mesh.

Wire Diameter: Matched to mesh count. Typical specs: 0.25mm (40 mesh), approx. 0.15mm (80 mesh), approx. 0.12mm (100 mesh).

Aperture: Determined by mesh count and wire diameter. For fine filtration, refer to aperture or micron rating instead of mesh count alone.

Disc Diameter: Standard 10mm – 300mm; standard test sieve frame diameter is 200mm.

Layer Structure: Single layer, spot-welded multi-layer, rimmed disc, sintered multi-layer disc and mesh with perforated backing.

Edge Treatment: Plain cut, welded edge, aluminium rim, stainless steel rim and wrapped edge.

Support Layer: Perforated sheet, expanded metal or coarse mesh for reinforcing fine filter mesh.

Processing: Cutting, punching, spot welding, seam welding, rolling, pleating, framing, sintering and basket forming.

Packing: Plastic bag, carton, tray, wooden case or pallet. Fine filter discs use separators to avoid edge damage.

Order Requirements: Specify material grade, mesh count / micron rating, size, layer structure, edge type, drawings and working medium.

200 mesh 304 filter disc made of plain/twill weave mesh. Suitable for fine liquid filtration, powder sieving and small filter assemblies. Custom disc sizes are available.

316 Stainless Steel Filter Disc – 50 Mesh, For Chemical Use

50 mesh 316 filter disc features good chemical resistance for liquid filtration, oil screens and pump protection. It is a better choice than 304 for harsh media.
