We produce stainless steel filter components from 304, 316 and 316L woven mesh, perforated plate and sintered mesh. Our product range includes filter discs, tubes, baskets, test sieves, cylinders and multi-layer filter elements.
They serve for liquid filtration, oil-water separation, powder sieving, food processing and marine systems. 304 grade fits general food and industrial filtration, while 316 & 316L perform better under chemical, saltwater, acid and alkali conditions.
Specifications

Aperture: Determined by mesh count and wire diameter. For fine filtration, refer to aperture or micron rating instead of mesh count alone.
Disc Diameter: Standard 10mm – 300mm; standard test sieve frame diameter is 200mm.
Layer Structure: Single layer, spot-welded multi-layer, rimmed disc, sintered multi-layer disc and mesh with perforated backing.
Edge Treatment: Plain cut, welded edge, aluminium rim, stainless steel rim and wrapped edge.
Support Layer: Perforated sheet, expanded metal or coarse mesh for reinforcing fine filter mesh.
Processing: Cutting, punching, spot welding, seam welding, rolling, pleating, framing, sintering and basket forming.
Packing: Plastic bag, carton, tray, wooden case or pallet. Fine filter discs use separators to avoid edge damage.
