Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh

Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh is a metal screen product made by weaving pre-crimped wires into square, rectangular, or custom openings. It is used in building decoration, facade screens, railing infill, door panels, shop fitting, and custom metalwork. The pre-crimped wire structure helps the mesh keep regular spacing after cutting and framing. Materials include stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and coated carbon steel. Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh can be supplied as sheets, panels, or rolls for lighter specifications. Buyers usually select the mesh according to wire diameter, opening size, material grade, panel size, finish, and installation method. For exterior projects, stainless steel 304 or 316 is commonly selected according to corrosion conditions. Specifications

Material: Stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, brass, copper, or low carbon steel with coating.

Wire Diameter: Common range is 1.2mm to 6.0mm. Larger wire diameters are used for facade screens, railing infill, and rigid panels.

Aperture: Common opening size ranges from 6mm to 60mm. Square and rectangular openings are both available.

Crimp Type: Double crimp, lock crimp, flat top crimp, intermediate crimp, or custom crimp pattern.

Panel Width: Common widths are 1000mm, 1220mm, 1500mm, and 2000mm. Other widths can be produced according to machine capacity and wire size.

Panel Length: Common lengths are 2000mm, 2440mm, 3000mm, or cut to project size.

Surface Treatment: Mill finish, polished, brushed, powder coated, electroplated, antique finish, or PVD finish where applicable.

Color: Silver, black, bronze, gold, copper, brass tone, champagne, or custom RAL color for coated mesh.

Edge Processing: Raw cut edge, bent edge, welded frame, flat bar frame, round bar frame, or drilled fixing plate.

Opening Direction: Square mesh has no direction requirement. Rectangular mesh should confirm vertical or horizontal opening direction before production.

Packing: Panels are usually packed with protective film, wooden cases, or pallets. Rolls are packed with plastic film and woven bags.

Use Limitation: Not intended as fall protection or safety fencing unless the full panel system is engineered for that purpose.
