Razor Wire Fence

Razor wire, also known as concertina razor wire, is widely used for high-security perimeter protection. It consists of high tensile core wire and punched razor tape with sharp blades. Common styles include single coil, crossed concertina coil, flat wrap and welded razor mesh. BTO series blades are standard for general security applications, while CBT series features larger blades for enhanced protection. Please confirm coil size, blade type, clips and installation style before placing orders.

Specifications

Material: Hot dipped galvanized steel strip and galvanized core wire. Stainless steel material is available for coastal or heavily corrosive environments.

Blade Type: BTO-10, BTO-12, BTO-18, BTO-22, BTO-28, BTO-30, CBT-60, CBT-65

Blade Thickness: 0.5mm ± 0.05mm for all BTO types; 0.6mm ± 0.05mm for CBT-60 and CBT-65

Core Wire Diameter: 2.5mm ± 0.1mm for regular coils

Standard Extended Length: Single coil: 7m to 15m; Crossed concertina coil: 8m to 16m

Clips: Crossed type coils use 3 clips or 5 clips per group. More clips help maintain tight shape after expansion.

Surface Finish: Hot dipped galvanized as standard; PVC coated upon request

Packing: Compressed coils packed with woven bags, cartons or wooden pallets. Wear gloves and professional tools during handling and installation.

Application

Fence Top Security

Installed on top of chain link fence, welded mesh fence and palisade fence. BTO-22 crossed concertina wire is the most popular option for regular fence top protection.

Wall & Perimeter Protection

Flat wrap razor wire fits closely on mesh panels and brick walls. It is ideal for areas where round concertina coils cannot be installed.

Industrial & Restricted Zones

Concertina razor wire is widely deployed around factories, storage yards, mines, power stations and prisons.

Temporary Barrier

Single coil razor wire is easy to deploy for temporary boundary marking and short-term site isolation.

Flat wrap razor wire is pressed into flat shape to attach closely on fences and walls. BTO-30 model is selected for flat security layers on narrow spaces.

Welded razor mesh is made by welding razor tape into rigid flat panels. Used as fixed security screens for gates, windows and fence panels.
