Welded Wire Mesh Panel

Welded wire mesh panels are formed by electrically welding crossing wires at every joint, delivering rigid sheets that hold shape well during cutting and framing. Raw materials include mild steel, galvanized wire, 304/316 stainless steel and Al-Mg alloy.

Two production processes are available: weld then galvanize, or galvanize then weld. Standard finishes cover electro galvanized, hot-dipped galvanized, PVC spray and PVC dip coating; PVC coating thickness stays 0.5–1.0mm.

We supply inch and metric apertures: 1” to 8” square openings, corresponding to 25.4mm–203.2mm metric sizes. Wire diameters match openings: 2.0–3.2mm for 1” mesh, 2.0–4.5mm for 2” mesh, 2.0–6.0mm for 3”–8” mesh.

Standard panel widths range 0.914m–2.75m. 1800×3000mm is our most popular stock size, with custom lengths available. Flat sheets, cut blanks and pre-framed panels can be supplied, packed in strapped bundles or export wooden pallets.

It is widely used in construction reinforcement, agricultural cages, food processing racks, warehouse partitions and machine safety guards. Buyers need to confirm material, wire gauge, opening, panel size, surface finish and edge type when ordering.
