Welded Gabion Mesh

Welded gabion mesh consists of rigid welded wire panels, manufactured to assemble stone-filled baskets, landscape walls, retaining structures and erosion control units. We adopt hot-dip galvanized wire, Galfan wire and PVC-coated galvanized wire as raw materials.

Baskets are assembled from flat welded panels using spiral binders, C-rings, clips or lacing wire. Internal stiffeners are fitted on exposed sides to prevent panel bulging after stone filling. Unlike twisted gabion mesh, welded gabions deliver flatter surfaces and standard box shapes, ideal for projects requiring tidy appearance, neat alignment and modular installation.

This 2m×1m×1m Galfan welded gabion basket comes with 50mm×100mm mesh. It offers excellent corrosion resistance for retaining walls, roadside edges and fully exposed outdoor areas, and works well with regular crushed stone.
